Rare interview with the boss of Wong Kei

I came across some footage from 2007 featuring an interesting interview with the boss of Wong Kei. It's a shame to hear that Wong Kei isn't as busy as it used to be (probably due to the over saturation of cheap fast food places in the west end), but it's good to know that it still has a hardcore following.
